5. Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form including the contact information you have provided will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter Data

If you wish to receive our newsletter, we require your email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter (double opt-in procedure).

Double Opt-In

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. Only after confirming the link contained therein will your email address be added to our mailing list. Legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Tracking

Newsletters we send contain tracking pixels and tracking links. This allows us to determine whether and when an email was opened and which links were clicked. This data is used solely for statistical evaluation of newsletter campaigns and is not shared with third parties. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in optimising our newsletter).

Unsubscribe

7. User Account & Learning Area

Registration

Access to the learning area (SAP certification training) requires registration. Name, email address and a password of your choice are collected. Registration is only possible with an invitation key. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract).

Exam Data

Your exam results and learning progress are stored to provide you with your performance overview. This data is only visible to you and the administrator. It is not shared with third parties.

Account Deletion

To delete your user account, please contact: info@fi-dozent.de. After deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed.

8. Cookies and Server Log Files

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookies) for the operation of the user area. No marketing or tracking cookies are used. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Server Log Files

The host of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of server request, IP address). This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

9. Google reCAPTCHA

Purpose and Functionality

To protect our forms against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA V3, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). reCAPTCHA V3 analyses user behaviour in the background and assigns a score without requiring you to complete a task (invisible CAPTCHA).

Data Processed

When reCAPTCHA is used, the following data may be transmitted to Google: IP address, mouse movements and scrolling behaviour, browser type and settings, referrer URL, date and time, and a cookie (_GRECAPTCHA). Data is processed on Google servers, which may be located in the United States.

Third-Country Transfer

Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Further information is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal Basis and Consent

Google reCAPTCHA is only used after your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time via our Cookie Settings (link in the footer). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
